Pond House

Chelsea, London

spacer line

The entrance hallway leads to the light and bright living/dining room that has wood flooring, two sofas, a flat screen TV, decorative shelving and a dining table to seat 4.

The kitchen has good storage, an oven, a microwave, a stove top, a refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine (no dryer). The master bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to two twins and good storage. The compact second bedroom has twin beds and storage. The bathroom has a tub with shower over tub.

This is a simple, but attractively furnished, flat that is well-located for the many shops, restaurants and amenities of Brompton Cross and the Fulham Road. The many museums at South Kensington are less than a 10 minute walk,

We regret that this flat is not suitable for children under 10.  This is a strict non-smoking property.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.

Cheyne Walk, is a historic street in Chelsea, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It takes its name from William Lord Cheyne who owned the manor of Chelsea until 1712.. Most of the houses were built in the early 18th century. Before the construction in the 19th century of the busy Embankment, which now runs in front of it, the houses fronted the River Thames. The most prominent building is Carlyle Mansions.
