Palace Garden Terrace

Kensington, London

spacer line

The spacious sitting room has high ceilings with floor to ceiling French windows opening onto a decorative balcony overlooking a very pretty tree lined street.

The sitting room is well furnished with sofa, arm chair (which can convert into a single bed), TV with DVD player and dining table seating 2 to 4. The kitchen is well fitted with hob (stove top), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer in a cupboard in the hallway. The bedroom has a queen size double bed, storage, and an en suite bathroom with bath, over shower, wash hand basin and loo.

Altogether a most attractive flat located in this premier residential location. Many shops, restaurants and amenities of both Kensington High Street and Notting Hill Gate are within a few minutes’ walk. The underground at either High Street Kensington or Notting Hill Gate is an easy 5 minute walk away. This is a Non Smoking Flat.
