The ground floor is open-plan with a large sitting area with a sofa and two occasional chairs. The dining area has a dining table to seat 6.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove top, microwave, very good storage and a breakfast bar. A spiral staircase leads up to a second sitting area that has a sofa, chairs and a large flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom has queen bed and very good storage. The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle and good storage. The bathroom has a tub with a hand-held shower and a separate shower stall. Another spiral staircase leads from the upper sitting room up to a very attractive decked roof terrace with lovely views and a table and chairs.
This is a very good house that offers spacious accommodation ideally located for the many shops, restaurants and amenities of South Kensington.
The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.

This property is conveniently located for the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, the Albert Hall, the National Gallery and the principal sites of London (Buckingham Palace, the Eye, Theatres, The Tate, The Thames Walk etc).
