Coleherne Road Apartments

Chelsea, London

spacer line

A nice communal hallway has stairs up to the flat.  Open it into a small hallway that leads to the living/dining room.  It is a very pleasant that has a comfortable maroon sofa facing a rather ornate decorative fireplace and a blue sofa that sits at a right angle to that.  There is a glass-topped coffee table and two very nice storage cupboards. There are large graphic art pieces dominating the living room.  A large bay window looks onto the street.  In front of the window, the modern dining table seats 4.

The kitchen is behind the maroon sofa.  It has an oven, a cook top, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a light blue back splash, and granite counter tops, white-painted cupboards.  It is bright and cheerful.

Three steps down, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms at the back of the flat

One bedroom has a standard double bed, closets, a flat-screen TV, a large window that overlooks the back garden area.  The en suite bathroom, with beautiful blue tiles, has a shower stall with a glass block side light.

The second bedroom also has a standard double bed, a closet, and nice prints on the wall, a large window that overlooks the back garden area.  The adjacent bathroom has more glass block to let the light in and a tub with shower over tub.

This flat is comfortable, spotless, well-furnished with many light-hearted touches.  It is very conveniently located for the shops, restaurants and attractions of the Old Brompton Road, Earls Court and the Fulham Road.  We regret that this flat is not suitable for children under 12.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, DVD, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival and see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.

Cheyne Walk, is a historic street in Chelsea, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It takes its name from William Lord Cheyne who owned the manor of Chelsea until 1712.. Most of the houses were built in the early 18th century. Before the construction in the 19th century of the busy Embankment, which now runs in front of it, the houses fronted the River Thames. The most prominent building is Carlyle Mansions.
