This attractive lower ground floor flat is in a period building in a residential area of Kensington.

 Enter on the ground floor and a few stairs lead down to a hall.  The living/dining room has a sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV, dining table seating 4 - 6, a fireplace and a French door onto a small patio. The kitchen has an oven, hob (stove top), refrigerator, washer/dryer and good storage.

The master bedroom has queen bed and good closet space. The second bedroom has a standard double bed and good storage. The bathroom has a tub with shower over tub. 

 This is a most attractive, convenient flat excellently located for  the many shops, restaurants and amenities of Kensington High Street.

The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure.  A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.

This property is conveniently located for the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, the Albert Hall, the National Gallery and the principal sites of London (Buckingham Palace, the Eye, Theatres, The Tate, The Thames Walk etc).

At Christmas the museum brings in an ice rink for ice skating- Victoria and Albert Museum: Cromwell Road, South Kensington, London, SW7 2RL, T: 020 7942 2000 Known as the V&A, the Victoria and Albert has a fantastic collection of paintings, sculpture, fashion, photography, books and furniture. Admission to the V&A is free but some exhibitions carry a separate charge- Science Museum: Exhibition Road, South Kensington, London SW7 2DD, T: 0870 870 4868 The Science Museum, London is open every day from 10.00 to 18.00 and full of things to do with kids! Exhibitions include the Energy Hall, Exploring Space and their collection of exhibits showing development of the industrial world. One of the best things to do in Kensington on a rainy day- Kensington Palace: Hyde Park, Kensington, London Princess Diana's London is now a museum featuring a great collection of art and fashion. We recommend taking tea at the Orangery for a moment to relax and breathe in the history of the Palace- Olympia: Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX, T: 020 7385 1200 Olympia is an exhibition centre and music venue in West Kensington.
