Enter on the ground floor and a few stairs lead down to a hall. The living/dining room has a sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV, dining table seating 4 - 6, a fireplace and a French door onto a small patio. The kitchen has an oven, hob (stove top), refrigerator, washer/dryer and good storage.
The master bedroom has queen bed and good closet space. The second bedroom has a standard double bed and good storage. The bathroom has a tub with shower over tub.
This is a most attractive, convenient flat excellently located for the many shops, restaurants and amenities of Kensington High Street.
The price includes gas and electricity, use of all machines in the property, TV, video, fresh linen weekly, cleaning on your departure and a Greeter who will meet you at the property on arrival, and will see you out on departure. A security deposit of £300 to £1000 is held by credit card until after departure.
