This very nice period building is ideally located just off St. Stephen's Green, just a short walk from Grafton Street or Trinity College.  The apartments are an excellent choice for anyone who will be in Dublin for business or pleasure.  It's so much better to have a fully fitted apartment than just a hotel room.  Dublin penthouse apartment exterior

One enters the reception area through a locked door from the street or the secure, covered parking area on the ground floor.  The apartments are all sunny and clean and comfortable. Contemporary décor, well-equipped kitchens, quality beds and bed linen and powerful showers are in every apartment.  The kitchens have a refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and stove.
The living rooms have one or more sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, plasma television/DVD.  Every apartment has a dining area with a dining table and chairs.  The bathrooms have a tub with shower over tub.

2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse:
The entrance hall leads to the main bedroom that has a standard double bed and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a standard double bed and separate bathroom.
A staircase leads to the second storey that has a sitting room with a working fireplace, a dining area and the separate kitchen.
The large roof-top sun terrace is off the living room.
